Deha Altyapı is a group of three companies. Each is a separate legal entity; they bid for public tenders in their own name or together as a joint venture. The engineering staff, the equipment fleet and the concrete laboratory are shared.

Deha Altyapı A.Ş.
The company that carries out the group’s highway, tunnel, bridge and railway contracts. It has signed contracts with five regional directorates of the General Directorate of Highways, with TCDD, with DSİ and with metropolitan municipalities.

Feza Taahhüt A.Ş.
The group company specialising in highway pavement and hot mix asphalt. It carries out a substantial share of the road construction and repair work in the Hatay and Gaziantep region.

Demir İnşaat Altyapı
The founding company of the group. Established in Ankara in 1992 by Zabit Demir, it laid the foundation of the group’s present technical capability. In its early years it worked mainly on restoration and public buildings.

Why three companies
In public tenders, work experience, equipment capacity and technical staff qualification are each assessed separately. Keeping the three companies as separate legal entities means each carries its own record of completed work. On large-scale contracts the companies bid together as a joint venture.

Shared resources
Equipment fleet
Earthworks, haulage, tunnelling and concrete equipment, together with five asphalt production plants and five concrete batching plants, are shared across the group. We carry out the work with our own equipment rather than passing it to subcontractors.
Technical staff
A technical team of civil, geological and survey engineers works across projects. Eight women engineers serve on our technical team.
Concrete laboratory
Four concrete testing laboratories verify on site that the material produced complies with the specification. Sample results are recorded in the progress payment file.
