Viaducts carry the route across valleys and through sections where high embankment is not possible. Deha Altyapı performs every stage of viaduct construction, from foundation piling to pier construction, from girder erection to deck concrete.
Foundations and substructure
Depending on the ground investigation results, either a shallow foundation or a deep foundation on bored piles is used. Pile caps are formed after piling, and pier columns are raised with a climbing formwork system.
Superstructure
According to span and height, the appropriate method is selected: prestressed precast girders, in-situ box section, or balanced cantilever. After the deck concrete, expansion joints, bearings, parapets and waterproofing are completed before pavement laying begins.
