At Deha Altyapı A.Ş. we take the privacy of everyone who visits our website and contacts us seriously. This policy summarises what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it and what your rights are. Scope
This policy applies to all pages under the domain www.dehaaltyapi.com.tr. Third-party sites linked from our site (for example social media platforms) are subject to their own privacy policies.
What information do we collect?
Our site has no membership, account, payment or comment functionality. We collect information only in the following cases:
- Contact form: your name, e-mail address, optionally your telephone number, the subject you select and your message. For security, the IP address and time of submission are also recorded.
- E-mail and telephone: the information you share when you contact us directly.
- Job applications: the CV and attachments you send by e-mail.
- Automatic records: as on any website, our server keeps access logs containing IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information. These records are used only for security and legal obligations; they are not used to build visitor profiles.
How do we use your information?

Our site contains no Google Analytics, advertising pixel or similar tracking tool. Social media “like” and “share” plug-ins are not embedded; there are only links to our accounts. Fonts, video and images are served from our own server; when you view the page, your browser sends no request to any other domain.
How do we protect your information?
- Traffic between the site and your browser is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Only authorised staff can access contact form messages; access is password protected.
- Security headers such as a content security policy, clickjacking and content type protection are applied on the server.
- Form submissions are protected against automated (bot) submissions and submission frequency is limited.
- Information is deleted at the end of the periods set out in the Privacy Notice.
We would remind you that no transmission over the internet is one hundred per cent secure. If you suspect a security breach, please let us know.
Who do we share your information with?
Your information is shared only with competent authorities where legally required, with our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers to the extent required by the service, and with our group companies where the subject of your enquiry requires it. Your data is not transferred abroad. Details are in section 5 of the Privacy Notice.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed at persons under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has sent us information, please tell us and we will delete it.
Your rights
To exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure, and your other rights under the KVKK, please use the application routes set out in section 8 of our Privacy Notice. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
