We are looking for a Survey Engineer or Survey Technician to carry out setting out, measurement and volume calculation work on our highway and tunnel sites.
Responsibilities
- Setting out the route, engineering structures and tunnels
- Cut and fill volume calculations and measurement for progress payments
- Establishing, checking and protecting the traverse and levelling network
- Face and profile control measurements inside tunnels
- Processing survey data and preparing plans, profiles and cross sections
- Carrying out joint measurement and recording procedures with the supervising authority
Requirements
- Graduate of a Geomatics Engineering department or a Survey and Cadastre programme
- At least 2 years of measurement experience on highway sites
- Able to survey with total station, GNSS (RTK) and level
- Competent in NetCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
- Able to work in site conditions and on a shift pattern
- Category B driving licence and an active driver
